Nicole Martin has over fifteen years of Human Resources experience both in global corporations such as Quest Diagnostics, McKinsey, and Unilever, as well as start-up experience at The RealReal. Through numerous roles, she gained expertise in compensation, recruiting, and learning and development. As an HR Business Partner, she grew a passion for performance management, talent development, employee relations, and employee engagement.
Nicole is a Certified Professional Coach through Leadership That Works, an International Coach Federation accredited program. As Monarch’s Head of Talent Management, she helps employees grow to their optimum capacity with personalized coaching and developmental solutions.
Nicole lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs, Hogan and Tank. She believes in filling your own cup first so that you can take care of others. Nicole strives to be a role model for “stay tuned into your own personal needs and making self-care a priority.” With the hard work and dedication she puts into her clients, she balances that with getting outdoors, reading, sipping tea, and exercise.
