Monarch Consulting | HR Solutions is a boutique firm that offers HR Outsourcing support, HR consulting, and recruiting to our small business clients. With 99+ years of combined human resources experience, the team at Monarch can assist with everything from employee relations and talent management, to benefits and payroll questions. We are a women-owned and operated company based in Bergen County, NJ.
We are always looking for HR professionals who are fully hands-on and highly strategic to join our team. We work remotely 80% of the time and we are very tech-centric, meaning we communicate and manage work, both internally and externally, through several different cloud-based platforms (Slack and Confluence, specifically).
Applicants must be located in New Jersey or New York and you must be within a commutable/drivable distance of Bergen County, NJ (this is a remote position but as a company built on cultivating interpersonal relationships, we enjoy getting together as a team).
